Staff & Leadership

We have a passion for people, our city and our world. Our culture and leadership is characterized by worship, the love of God, and a genuine call to ministry. These core values have been shaped by our rich history of great co-workers and energy; always pressing forward in our call to love God and love others.

  • Wade Daul

    Senior Pastor

Originally from Green Bay, Wisconsin, Pastor Daul has been at Immanuel for 25 years. First called as Associate Pastor in 1993, he was made senior pastor in 2013. Familiarly called "PD" by his students, he's also served as religion teacher at Martin Luther High School for over 15 years.

As senior or administrative pastor, PD oversees the many activities of Immanuel, Fairmont and guides the congregational leadership. A graduate of Concordia University, Mequon and Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, Pastor Daul has been encouraging young people to enter church work since the beginning of his ministry.  His love of God's Word and his commitment to the Lutheran Confessions give his ministry a rich Christ-focus.
